Sugar Cookie Mug Toppers
These make a cute gift at Christmas time. Enjoy with hot cocoa.

- 200 g Unsalted Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 400 g Plain Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Royal Icing Recipe
- 3 Egg Whites
- 450 450g Icing Sugar
Place butter and sugar in bowl with paddle attachment and mix until butter is light but not fluffy. Then a egg and combine. Then and flour and mix until dough has formed.
Roll dough out between two pieces of parchment paper. Place in Fridge until for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 160℃. Cut out for sets of mini houses and lay on tray.
Place in oven for 12 minutes. Let cool on a rack.
Mix egg whites and icing sugar together and place icing in a piping bag.
Assemble the mini houses. Add to a mug with hot chocolate
