Sugar Free Granola

Equipment

  • 1 750ml Glass Jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats or 190g
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 40 grams Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds
  • 60 grams Chopped Cashews can be any nut

Additional

  • 2 tbsp Carob or Cocoa Powder
  • 30 g Dried Goji Berries or other dried fruit

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180℃. Line a tray with baking paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add oats, cinnamon, nuts, dried fruit and carob powder and mix.
  • Add two egg whites and mix until well coated with egg white.
  • Lay the mixture flat on the tray. Place in the oven for 20 minutes moving the mixture around every 5 minutes. This allows the heat to distribute evenly.
