Chocolate truffles with condensed milk is a game changer. I don’t often use cream but always have a can of condensed milk in my pantry. These truffles are a great quick way of getting a sugar hit for you or for someone special to you. The condensed milk makes the truffles smooth and creamy. If you are a chocolate lover then this quick chocolate recipe with little effort is amazing.

Step 1

Place Cocoa powder and 200g condensed milk into a small saucepan and place on medium heat. Stir constantly for 4 minutes until it is thickened. Take of the heat.

Place the thickened mixture in a tray wrap in clingfilm. Place in fridge for 20 minutes until cooled down.

Roll into 9 to 10 balls and roll in cocoa powder.

  • Place condensed milk and sifted cocoa powder into a small saucepan on medium heat. Mix until thick. About 5 minutes.
  • Place on a tray and wrap in clingfilm. Place in fridge to cool down about 20 minutes.
  • Roll into 10 balls. Then Roll in cocoa powder.
